We work at finding the most affordable shipping options for our customers. We also want your Brave Space Design products to be handled with care and arrive safely to your home or business. All products that we ship are insured. Here are the shipping methods that we use for various products.

Shipping Methods

Ground:
Deliveries in the 48 contiguous states will be made via Fedex Ground, UPS or by other common carrier depending on the overall size, weight, and quantity of your order. Ground shipments will have tracking numbers available as well as timely service.

For larger items, please specify any special delivery instructions on in the "Special Notes" area during checkout. Let us know about narrow streets, staircases/elevators in apartment buildings, etc.

Freight:
Larger items that can be shipped freight will be boxed and palletized. Our freight shipping includes standard curbside delivery. If an item that you order ships via freight, our shipping partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery window during weekday business hours.

White Glove:
Our white glove delivery service includes blanket-wrapping of the furniture and delivery inside the home or office building. Please let us know if there are any flights of stairs or an elevator. There are approximately 7-14 days in transit and a representative will contact you by phone 24 hours in advance to set up a convenient delivery time. Your items will be unpacked and the packing material will be removed. You are responsible for product inspection. Please note any damages or incorrect shipments right away.

International Shipping:
We will be glad to arrange international shipping. Please contact us with your delivery address, desired items and quantity.

Shipping Damage:
Please inspect your furniture products upon receipt. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, we will need pictures of the damage on the product and packaging, if applicable. Please retain all packing materials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made for a replacement or repair.

Orders/Cancellations/Returns:
Orders may be cancelled by the customer or retailer within 48 hours after the order is placed. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within seven days to make arrangements. Furniture must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging. Due to the nature of custom manufacturing NO returns can be made on items outside of our retail line, with the unlikely exception that they arrive with damage. *If damage in shipping occurs, we must be notified immediately and provided with photographs of original outside & inside packing material & photographs of the damaged product in order to process a claim with the shipping company. All furniture is made-to-order and warranted from structural defects. A natural aging of wood can occur, as with any natural material, and should be expected to a certain degree. We use high quality finishes and sealants; however normal wear and tear of any product should be expected and products may be refinished after a few years if necessary. Please contact us for any refinishing questions. If there are any problems with the furniture outside of misuse, please contact us and we will try to work to repair or remedy the situation in a timely manner.
